Engine-driven hydraulic pumps operate independently of the Hydraulic Control Panel. Their on/off and operation are tied to the engine’s own control system, starting and stopping with the engine rather than being commanded from the panel you use to manage electric pumps. So the pumps powered directly by the engines (EDP1 and EDP2) are not controlled by the Hydraulic Control Panel, making them the correct choice.

The panel is used to manage electric/hydraulic pumps and associated hydraulic functions, so the other pump groups and auxiliary pumps are the ones you typically control from that panel.
